From Singapore, QYO believes the best way to approach change is to meet it with an optimistic attitude, and with ‘Waiting For A Change’, she takes something that on the one hand could be considered to be a negative, and transforms it into a positive and uplifting experience.
With her stunning vocals accompanied by guitar, QYO’s sound takes elements from both pop rock and alternative rock, and this style has seen her pull in a large fan following. Back in her earliest days she would busk with friends for the pure love of it, but this quickly turned to gigs and events, held in various venues around Singapore, including the Pink Dot 2020 event.
