Set for release on 20 August, ‘Better Together’ is the debut single for LeRoy Mobley. The track was originally released in 2018, but Mobley has created a new music video to accompany the track.Â
Mobley’s aim is to provide an antidote to the racial division which is still so prevalent in US society, and ‘Better Together’ serves as an ode to both forgiveness and unity. Speaking about his new video, Mobley said,
“The story behind my video is reflecting on the past, learning from it, healing your heart, then taking simple actions daily to stay healed and move forward with wisdom.”
If you feel at peace when listening to ‘Better Together’, there’s a reason for it. LeRoy specifically used 444-Hz tuning in his composition. Known as the Key Of David, the frequency is known for its ability to establish peace in the midst of chaos, and is named for the Old Testament King and prolific composer, whose music was composed in the same frequency.
The music video was shot in and around various locations in Los Angeles, and sees LeRoy singing, often accompanied by dancers who help to convey the message of the song.
LeRoy Mobley started singing in his church and school, before transitioning into R&B and pop music. His beautiful pure voice has been featured on Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, CA, FOX’s ‘Good Day New York’, BROADWAYWORLD.com and Tokyo Disney Sea‘s BroadwayShow ‘Big Band Beat’.
