Ajada Reigns In More Ways Than Just Her Name With Latest Single, ‘I’ve Got To Use My Imagination’

Based in New York, Ajada Reigns is a talented vocalist whose new single, ‘I’ve Got To Use My Imagination’ is best served loud.

With her soulful vocals, containing a touch of jazz, Ajada’s voice is as smooth as silk. ‘I’ve Got To Use My Imagination’ is a cover of the Gladys Knight and the Pips classic, and is released through FOTY (From Old To Young) Records, whose speciality is to create reproductions that will have us taking a trip down memory lane.

Born in a musically inclined family, Ajada Reigns felt the call to music as a child singing in church. She received further training at the Harlem School of Arts, and the Professional Performing Arts High School, in New York City, where she learned to sing in an incredible four languages.

Ajada, who is a three time winner at the world-famous Apollo Theater, cites as among her primary inspirations, such music legends as Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill, and Beyoncé, among many others who have shaped her development as an artist.
