Harpa Releases Soaring Debut Single, ‘I’ve Been In Love Before’

Harpa is a singer songwriter from Nottingham, whose debut single, ‘I’ve Been In Love Before’ was released on May 7. Dramatic, with more than a hint of melancholy, Harpa takes hold of her heartbreak and pours it into song.

Allowing her powerful voice to speak for her, Harpa wears her heart on her sleeve in the new track, which is deceptive in its simplicity.

“It’s that point after your first heartbreak, where you’re not sure you can put yourself through loving and being loved again.”

Signed to DooBeDoo Music, Harpa has been honing her craft and developing her repertoire over the past three years, and has caught the attention of the music industry with her impressive vocal range and voice control, which has a beautifully stirring tone that calls to mind fellow female artists such as Kate Bush and Sam Brown. ‘I’ve Been In Love Before’ is set to become a modern classic, and with it Harpa brings a unique element to the world of heartbreak ballads.

‘I’ve Been In Love Before’ is accompanied by a music video which can be watched below. You can stream and download ‘I’ve Been In Love Before’ here, and find out more about Harpa and her music online on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and her official website.
