The 220 Project Releases Latest Album, ‘Echoes From A Distant Sun’

‘Echoes From A Distant Sun’ is the new release from electronic dub dance duo, The 220 Project. Released on March 5, the album was produced over the past 18 months, and offers 8 tracks of psychedelic, ambient, techno dub music, that will bring a smile to your face and leave it there.

Mastered by Colin Bennun from OOOD, the album will send you into a reverie about festivals and long hot summers, with their big kicks and basslines.

The 220 Project have, in their 10 or so years of existence, released 5 EPs and one album so far, all of which are characterised by their love of sci-fi, space travel, and the Roland TB303, with its characteristic squelchy sound. Based in the south west of the UK, The 220 Project is certainly born for festivals, and hopefully they’ll be able to do what they do best in the summer with the resumption of live festivals.
