Pierre Bless – ‘Right On Time’

Born in Nuremberg, Germany but now based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Pierre Bless has been experimenting with music since he was in middle school, while making beats with his beatboxing classmates. As such he’s in no rush to speed up his creative flow, knowing that stressing about success doesn’t help one jot; you get returns from what you put out there in the universe.

Throughout his teens and 20s Bless had an on-off relationship with music, and performed at showcases around the country, including SXSW in 2014, sharing the stage with 2Chainz, B.O.B., Young Thug, K Camp, Rich Homie Quan, and Trae The Truth. Bless takes his inspiration from the big names in hip-hop, including Nas, and Mase, and finally decided in 2017 to take his music career to the next level, with his single, ‘Large’.

New single, ‘Right On Time’, is the perfect illustration of Pierre Bless’s attitude to his music. He knows that success can’t be forced, and so he sits back and takes his time with his ambitions, knowing that every time is the right time. In the accompanying music video, we see Pierre physically ticking around the clock. It stops at 10:10, but Bless continues to tick around. The time is significant; it’s symbolic of alignment of both life and the direction you’re heading. Surrounded by dancers keeping in time with the beat, he sits on the hood of a blue Corvette, knowing that the universe knows what he needs and will provide it for him when the time is right.
