Timothyy Pearson Releases Latest EP, The Catchily Named ‘Listen To My EP’

Released on August 20, RnB soul artist Timothyy Pearson’s new EP, ‘Listen To My EP’, is his first new music since 2018, and tells stories of heartbreak, passion, and betrayal.

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, but now living in Los Angeles, Pearson has been taking a hiatus since his previous release, and over the last 2 years has developed his sound and honed his craft, with the result being the new 5 track EP.

The record combines both heartfelt and honest lyrics, and is a showcase of his influences, which include church music and Motown, which provided him with inspiration and instilled in him a love of singing and music from an early age.

In 2015 Timothyy reached number 45 on the iTunes chart while still an independent artist, and it resulted in him being signed to a small record label, owned by Greg Webster. His release from that deal saw him pursue the goal of creating new songs which resonate with a wider audience. Titles such as ‘Diary Of Dating A Bum’, ‘Like A Pornstar’, and ‘Addiction’, capture the imagination and draw the listener in, and then Pearson’s silky smooth vocals, alongside catchy rhythms, heightens the curiosity and compels them further.

You can stream ‘Listen To My EP’ on Apple Music, and listen to more of Timothyy Pearson’s music on Spotify.
