Inhaler Release Cover Of Mazzy Star’s ‘Fade Into You’

Dublin quartet Inhaler have released their cover of Mazzy Star’s ‘Fade Into You’ via Interscope Records as the b-side to their recent single, ‘Falling In’ and unveiled their new video. ‘Fall Into You’ is available now at all digital retailers.

The band worked with renowned filmmaker Douglas Hart and producer Antony Genn once again, to create a blissful, laidback, hazy and beautiful video, shot in the studio, during recording sessions for their debut album.

Four friends who formed the band while they were still at school, Hewson, Robert Keating, Ryan McMahon and Josh Jenkinson bonded over a love of similar groups, taking in The Stone Roses, Joy Division, The Strokes, The Cure, Interpol, Depeche Mode and more. They have amassed a diehard fanbase and their tracks have been streamed over 25 million times globally. These songs about finding your way as a young person in the world are connecting on a universal scale. On a UK and European tour at the start of the year, they sold over 10,000 tickets and played to ecstatic, sold-out crowds.

There’s a lot of music out there - good music. At Essentially Pop our remit is that we cover music that deserves to be heard, with a particular focus on independent artists. That doesn't mean we won't cover your old favourites - rather we hope to give you some new favourites as well.

We no longer accept unpaid PR agency work. We believe the creative arts have value, and this includes writing. As always, we will write about artists who contact us - or who we contact - for free - but we can no longer work free of charge for PR agencies. We work hard, we put in a lot of hours writing, and we ask that you respect that. Contact us for our very reasonable rates.
