Afro-Pop Artist Nome Releases Latest Single ‘Cheque Out’

Afro-pop artist Nome has announced the release of his new single, ‘Cheque Out’. The track is set to introduce the singer to the world, and comes with an animated music video, which you can watch below:

Nome grew up a musical household, and as a child sang in the choir of his local church, alongside his mother. He was given the opportunity in 2018 to work with Kiddominant, one of the best producers in Africa. Together they produced three songs, which were all received positively.

Nome, whose stage name means, “with me”, hopes to spread the important message of community with his music. His first single, ‘Cheque Out’, is an laid back afro-pop style tune, where he tells the story about his heartfelt desires for a girl. Written along with DSB, and featuring HE, ‘Cheque Out’ brings with it a positive message and catchy melodies, and is sure to be one you’ll want to repeat over and over.

‘Cheque Out’ is available to stream and download on all major media. You can listen to more of Nome’s music on Soundcloud, and Spotify, and find out more about him on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
