Furnace And The Fundamentals Have Christmas Wrapped Up With New Album, ‘A Very Furnace Christmas!’

This latest release follows a jam-packed year of successes, including a massive UK tour which culminated in a sold-out headlining show at Camden’s Electric Ballroom and the announcement of a much-coveted spot at Australia’s premiere New Year’s Eve party – the main stage at Lost Paradise festival.

All very fitting for the band who have been described as “humanity’s most exhilarating dance party”.

This Christmas album sees these lads translate their animated onstage energy onto record with abounding success. The band tackle Christmas favourites such as ‘Silent Night’, as well as putting their unique spin on well-known party favourites like ‘YMCA’, all with a signature splash of Furnace humour and some Christmas twists. Stand out track is the reworked version of Rage Against the Machine’s ‘Killing in the Name’, which has been renamed ‘Giving in the Name Of’ and includes lyrics about Santa and the joy of gift-giving this holiday season.

This album is sure to turn heads and get everyone in the mood for a jolly festival season, one in which we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
