Katie Kittermaster Drops ‘Kaleidoscope’ In Advance Of EP Release

Kaleidoscope’ is the 3rd song on newcomer-on-the-scene Katie Kittermaster’s debut EP. It’s the song she wrote when she was 15, one of her earliest-penned tracks, which only serves to make the incredibly astute and poetic lyrics all the more impressive.

“It’s like kaleidoscopes, kaleidoscopes of memories / come running back, running back to me / but he never does […] and I know that now” sings Kittermaster, with a sense of maturity and acceptance that I think we can all agree we wish we had had at the tender age of 15. The EP is full of honest observations written from the point of view of someone navigating the world of romance for the first time and promises to find many fans in young listeners looking for someone to put these difficult emotions into words.

‘Coming Home at Dawn’ is the title for this exquisitely crafted EP which comes out 1st November. It’s a collection of delightfully cosy tracks, perfect for soundtracking those cold winter evenings when all you want is to curl up in front of the fire with a cuppa and the one that you love.

Currently on tour with none other than X Factor sensation Lucy Spraggan, Kittermaster is definitely one to watch in the world of singer-songwriters. She’s already caught the eye of Jools Holland, opening for this household name in the past year, but it’s surely not going to be long before this bright young talent is headlining shows of her own the world over.
