Gavin Haley – ‘Long Game’

Gavin Haley first set his eyes on a career as a cyclist, before an injury put paid to that and set him on a musical path.

The 21 year old Haley has found his brand in electro-pop, in Europe’s underground music scene. His sound is filled with romantic guitars, introspective lyrics, and yearning soundscapes.

Currently signed to Red Bull Records, Haley found success with his first single, ‘Fade Away’, landing him a place on Spotify’s Viral 50 Chart in Australia, The UK, and the US.

The Californian artist is currently touring with Ashe, with whom he’s recorded ‘Cold In California’.

Finding inspiration in old and new school artists, his music is non-conformist, and focuses on the storytelling.

The music video for ‘Long Game’ is transparent, picturesque, and uncomplicated, featuring various clips of Haley being sensitive and reflective, displaying his consideration to the partner he needs to let go of. His genuineness and sincerity when it comes to hs music are seen when his smile flashes and light-hearted personality shines through. Sometimes, relationships don’t work out, and it’s better to let it go rather than dragging it out. A break might be necessary for personal growth, and if what you let go was meant to be, it will find its way back.
