Chel Hill – ‘Classic Love Story’

Chel Hill is an independent singer songwriter whose voice should by rights put her up there with Beyoncé. Her most recent single, ‘Classic Love Story’, has more than a touch of Queen Bey to it, with Chel’s rich vocals set against an infectiously catchy rhythm.

Chel, originally from Las Vegas but now living in Los Angeles, has seen her songs synced on NBC’s Today Show, The CW Network, and TV One, among others. She’s also collaborated with both writing and vocal credits on several music projects, including two albums which have reached the top spot on the Billboard World and Alternative Charts; ‘Pink Tape’, by K-Pop girl group f(x), and ‘Headspace’, by US metalcore band Issues.

In additon to this, she has provided voiceovers for companies such as Amazon BEN, and Allergan.

None of this has been enough for Chel however, and 2019 sees her launching a new brand together with her sisters, as well as the launch of her first solo music project.

‘Classic Love Story’, released late last month, is the perfect introduction to Chel Hill and her style. As said earlier, we’re reminded of Beyoncé in her style, specifically her work with Destiny’s Child, such as the song, ‘Independent Women’. It’s got a classic RnB style which is very appealing and will get the listener up and dancing, if only in their chair. The underlying beats are stirring and help to make the track super catchy. As an introduction to Chel it gives the listener a great idea of what she’s capable of, and creates an excitement for what she’s got for us in future.

You can find Chel Hill online on her official website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Stream and download ‘Classic Love Story’ on Spotify, Tidal, SoundCloud, and iTunes.
