Irish Synth Artist Host Releases New Single ‘Taste Of Your Love’ Ahead Of Debut EP Out Today

Irish synth-pop artist Host has released infectious electro-pop single ‘Taste of Your Love’ taken from her upcoming debut EP, due for release on 18th February.

Accompanied by a fresh music video, the latest track is a blissful piece that highlights Host’s joyful approach to music.

Melodic, and filled with dreamy, trance-inducing synths, the song manages to perfectly blend an upbeat sound with a contemplative narrative.

Taking influence from the likes of new artists such as Host has a joyful approach to her music, taking inspiration from contemporaries like Diiv, Wolf Alice and The Japanese House as well as older artists such as The Cure and The Smiths, Host’s music is a cross between the old and the new of 80’s synth-pop – and ‘Taste of Your Love’ is no different.

A break-up song about the tailspin end of a relationship, the track undoubtedly leaves you in anticipation for the rest of her debut.
