Wisdom Set To Release Latest Single, ‘Let It Be’

‘Let It Be’ is the latest single from Nigerian artist, Wisdom Clifford. Released on 24 January, the track is a catchy RnB song, with Wisdom’s melifluous vocals laid over a simple instrumental.

Wisdom was exposed to wide variety of talented voices, growing up in Nigeria, and he sang in the choir for the better part of his youth. He graduated with a degree in Petroleum Chemistry and Engineering from the America University of Nigeria in 2011, keeping his musical interests alive by performing with Winners Chapel International Houston Choir, and the University Mens Choir, at the Moores School of Music.
Wisdom had his first taste of fame when he shared a kiss with Adele, in Vancouver, during her 2016 tour. He was chosen to come on stage with her during the show, and their kiss has since gone viral.

‘Let It Be’ is more than simply a catchy tune and Wisdom is so much more than just a man with a beautiful voice: he channels his faith through the track, and shares how God has helped him through his personal struggle to find happiness, and has guided him through the darkness into the light. Soulful and stunning, Wisdom counts the likes of Sam Smith, Daniel Caesar, and Bazzi among his inspirations.

Wisdom will be performing ‘Let It Be’ on The ShowCase Tour, in Houston, Texas, on February 22. Tickets and further information are available here.

The video for ‘Let It Be’ was inspired by the Netflix hit, ‘Bird Box’. ‘Let It Be’ is available to stream and download here. You can find out more about Wisdom online on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and SoundCloud.
