Ella Stephen – ‘Ready For The Fall’

UK singer songwriter and musician Ella Stephen started singing and writing at a very young age, with her parents buying her a guitar when she was 10. She wrote constantly throughout her teens, not settling on any genre, until she discovered Keith Urban, and fell in love with his style. From that time she’s been working on and honing her skills.

In 2016 Ella met Jack Galloway, a fellow country artist, and together they joined forces, performing as Jack + Ella. They released their debut single, ‘Hometown’, followed by an EP of the same name. The single hit number 3 on the UK Country iTunes Charts – not bad at all for a debut release! The singles from their EP received extensive airplay, and the duo spent 2017 gigging, playing at venues and festivals, and supporting the likes of Razorlight, among others.

Ella is now working on her solo material, with ‘Ready For The Fall’ just one example. She prides herself in having a hand in every aspect, including co-producing her music, and producing and editing her music videos.

‘Ready For The Fall’, released on Friday 21 September, highlights Ella’s strong vocals in combination with impressive instrumentation. The track is accompanied by a music video shot on a glorious seaside location as the sun sets. The fading colours work well with Ella’s red hair and altogether convey a vibe perfect to warm us up in these last few days of summer.

You can find out more about Ella Stephen online on her official website, Facebook, and Instagram. ‘Ready For The Fall’ is available to stream on Deezer, and Spotify.
