BASCO GENERAL releases new single ‘MAMA EXPRESS’

North London artist Basco General released his new single ‘Mama Express’ on 18th March. The reggae track has a slow paced tempo with offbeat rhythms.

Basco General grew up in a musical family, with his primary inspirations coming from his father, a drummer in the reggae band, Black Slate. Basco’s influences come from artists such as Bob Marley, with the vocals combining traditional reggae elements with modern rock and hip hop. The end result is an effective showcase of Basco’s unique style.

Previous releases by Basco General have found radio airplay on such stations as BBC Radio 1xtra, Don City Radio, and Unique FM. It’s hoped that ‘Mama Express’ will see similar success.
