Mark Walder Releases New Single ‘When I’m Gone’

Hailing from East London, singer songwriter Mark Walder, who’s been inspired by the likes of Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, and John Lennon, has recently released his new single, ‘When I’m Gone’. The track is available now via all major digital platforms.

Mark finds comfort and strength in music, and uses an observational songwriting approach to write about what he sees, feels and experiences. His hope, having seen the influence his musical role models have had, is to connect on a similar level with his own audience, through his passion and integral values.
‘When I’m Gone’, written in collaboration with producer Steve Belgrave, sets out to give comfort to others who have felt loss:
“My belief is our souls are eternal, and although we may no longer be here physically, we can derive a lot of comfort spiritually from embracing the idea that we are all connected to the natural elements that surround us.”
Mark hopes to be able to speak to each of his listeners by way of his lyrics, and wrote the song to remind us that although not with us physically, those we have lost will remain forever in our hearts.
