Alexa Friedman – ‘Meant To Be’

Although still only 14, Alexa Friedman is no stranger to entertainment, starting singing and acting at the age of 4. Her new single, ‘Meant To Be’, the follow up to her debut track, ‘Enraptured’, is an empowering pop anthem with a message which speaks to the souls of other young dreamers like herself, striving to become the person they wish to be.

Alexa began as the spokesperson for her parents’ small business, and was featured in print, TV, and radio. She gained a taste for that lifestyle, and now at 14 is annually working the Los Angeles curcuit of acting, singing, and dancing, and has appeared in such shows as ‘The Middle’, ‘School Of Rock’, and ‘Walk The Prank’, as well as joining forces with vocal coach and songwriter, Estani Frizzell.

Using the same team of Sprinity Productions and Spencer D Evans, as for her song, ‘Enraptured’, the video for ‘Meant To Be’ is filmed on a beautiful, but isolated beach. With the theme of blossoming into the next phase of her life, Alexa transforms into a mermaid, and gains a radiant confidence. The splendid colours of the waves and sand, combined with symbolism such as a cave and a shell, as well as gorgeous location shots, like under a boardwalk and in the water, work together, along with Alexa’s melodious voice, to make a treat for both the eyes and ears.
