Natalise + The Sunset Run – ‘Love Unconditional’

‘Love Unconditional’ is a stunning track which will astound the listener to discover that it’s achieved almost purely by piano and voice. We introduced Natalise + The Sunset Run late last year with their album, ‘Glimpses Of The Sun’.

Natalise captivates her audiences without the need to resort to flashiness or showmanship. Her modesty is a part of her charm, but it’s important to consider she’s completely dedicated to her work: her focus, confidence, and authenticity, with every note sung, her sense of timing and phrasing, are a total reflection of her time spent training at San Francisco Conservatory Of Music.

‘Love Unconditional’ is without doubt a pop song, but it’s still got the hallmarks of Natalise’s classical training. The video makes much use of the ocean, a recurring motif representing a visual metaphor for swelling emotions we face in life – and the ocean is also reflected in the undulations of the piano. Shot by Kenny Choi, showcasing the gorgeous Pacific coast, as well as the arts district of LA (there’s several beautiful shots of the lamps at Los Angeles County Museum Of Art). We also see Natalise at her piano, under cherry blossoms, and on a street corner: we are presented with the artist and a song with a message about accepting who we are – self love, unconditional.

‘Love Unconditional’ is available on iTunes, and Amazon. You can find out more about Natalise + The Sunset Run online on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, and their official website.
