Jedward Record Acoustic Cover Of ‘Numb’ Dedicated To Chester Bennington

The recent death of Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has shocked the band’s fans and the music world alike, and Jedward have been no less affected, the Dublin twins having long loved the music of the California rock band.

Upon the news of Chester’s death on 20 July, John and Edward tweeted a heartfelt letter, which showed how moved and deeply upset they were by his parting:

Now the pair, or more specifically John, have released on Twitter a beautiful acoustic cover of ‘Numb’, first released in 2003. The lyrics are stirring and very poignant in light of Chester’s death.
