Having just announced their debut UK headline tour and after the success of their poptastic debut single ‘Walk Away’, 5 piece YES LAD announce their new track ‘Something More’ which impacts August 25th.

Mentored by the irrepressible Nigel Martin Smith and with support already from The Sun, Evening Standard, Blue Peter and Radio 1, these five young lads are the real deal and destined for the top. Written by YES LAD and produced by KNOXA, ’Something More’ is a celebration of multi-cultrualism with its fusion of bhangra beats and house production.

The boys soon head out on their first ever UK headline tour this summer with support coming from Reuben Gray, who won hearts across the country with his emotional performances on this year’s Britain’s Got Talent. Tickets on sale now.

About the author

There’s a lot of music out there - good music. At Essentially Pop our remit is that we cover music that deserves to be heard, with a particular focus on independent artists. That doesn't mean we won't cover your old favourites - rather we hope to give you some new favourites as well.

We no longer accept unpaid PR agency work. We believe the creative arts have value, and this includes writing. As always, we will write about artists who contact us - or who we contact - for free - but we can no longer work free of charge for PR agencies. We work hard, we put in a lot of hours writing, and we ask that you respect that. Contact us for our very reasonable rates.
