South African Hip Hop Artist Da L.E.S. Drops Newest Single ‘Popular Demand’

Da L.E.S. has released a new single, ‘Popular Demand’. The American-born South African hip hop legend has had over ten years in the African entertainment business, and has a plethora of hits under his belt, with ‘Popular Demand’ looking like it will follow suit.

Formerly known as Leslie Jonathan, Da L.E.S. (which stands for Les Equals Success) has won a metro award for ‘All Eyes On Me’, on which he collaborated with BET nominated AKA, and Nigerian rapper, Burner Boy. The single saw its premiere on BBC1xtra.

 Da L.E.S. had a huge hit with his single, ‘Lifestyle’, which garnered over one million YouTube views, and number ones on radio stations 5FM and YFM. ‘Popular Demand’ is set to follow the same path, and is currently taking control of the airwaves across Africa, and is available to stream on Deezer, Spotify, Apple Music and all digital platforms.
