Meresha Opens The Door With New EP ‘Enter the Dreamland’

Indie singer, mult-instrumentalist, and producer, Meresha successfully takes influences from a diverse range of artists including Robert Plant, Joss Stone, Freddie Mercury, Hayley Williams, Prince, and Bj̦rk Рwith the result her own unique sound.

Her previous releases, ‘New Revolution’ and ‘My Love Has Come’, have held their own against signed artists: ‘New Revolution’ held the number 1 spot for an indie song on US radio for an entire month, and in December last year she was named the 6th global emerging artist, on Billboard’s ‘Next Big Sound’. She’s also been featured on Spotify’s ‘Discover Weekly’ and ‘Release Radar’ playlists, as well as on iTunes.

Meresha released her latest EP, ‘Enter The Dreamland’ on June 23, on which she partnered with multi-Grammy winner, Joe Chiccarelli. For the video of title track, ‘Enter The Dreamland’, she’s teamed with five time MTV VMA nominated David Rousseau, best known for his work with Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias, LMFAO, and Lil’ Wayne. It opens with Maresha singing and performing in the channel of the Los Angeles River, with several of LAs famous viaduct bridges in the background. A door appears, for which she has the key, and upon entering she is taken to a secluded beach, on the Malibu coast, with waves crashing on the sands and her purple hair gently blown by the sea breeze.

Meresha’s five song EP, ‘Enter The Dreamland’, is available to stream on Spotify and Apple Music, and download from iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play.
