Sheppard Announce UK Tour Dates As Well As ‘Keep Me Crazy’ Acoustic Video

Sheppard have just announced that they will be closing the Barclaycard Stage, directly before Justin Bieber takes to the main stage at BST in Hyde Park on 2nd July.

The band have also recently announced two UK headline shows. They will play Glasgow’s Garage on 27th June, and head to London’s Lexington on 11th July. These dates take place in the middle of their recently announced tour with Little Mix, on the girls’ Summer Shout Out Tour this Summer. The tour will kick off at Kingsholme Rugby Club in Gloucester on 24th June, and the bands will make their way around various stadiums in cities including Southampton, Exeter and London’s Old Royal Naval College for Greenwich Music Time. You can find full details and tickets here.

Sheppard have recently revealed the video for their acoustic version of the hit single, ‘Keep Me Crazy’. This brilliantly stripped back version showcases the band’s soulful harmonies, and impeccable musicianship.

Sheppard - Keep Me Crazy (Acoustic)

‘Keep me Crazy’ is the first single to be taken from their upcoming second album, which will be released later this year via Decca Records. It passed over 2 million streams, just a few weeks after its release. ‘Keep Me Crazy’ is a fresh up-tempo pop jam.

“It’s about finding wild, lasting love that keeps you youthful, enthusiastic and passionate,” said George Sheppard. “It’s a great signpost of what to expect from our album later this year and we’re excited to take it to our fans not just in Australia, but around the world.”

Sheppard recently wrapped up touring with Justin Bieber on the Australian and New Zealand leg of his Purpose Tour. The band kicked the tour off in Perth, and worked their way through cities playing stadiums in Melbourne and Sydney amongst others.

The Brisbane six-piece have been holed up in the studio writing and recording for the past year, for their second album which comes two years after their debut, Bombs Away. The three siblings and three friends that make up Sheppard have re-emerged with a new confidence, a new maturity and a new drive to complete the task of world chart domination.
