Six Quick Questions With Sheppard

Queensland’s biggest pop export Sheppard have just revealed their brand new track, ‘Keep Me Crazy’, the first single to be taken from their upcoming second album. ‘Keep Me Crazy’ is out now, via Decca Records. We took the opportunity to ask them Six Quick Questions.

EP: We last spoke to you guys in 2015 – what have you been doing since?

S: Since the end of 2015, we have been working on our second album. Writing, recording, filming video clips. We have definitely been busy and can’t wait to show the world what we’ve got!

EP: Talk us through your new single, ‘Keep Me Crazy’. What’s it about?

S: ‘Keep Me Crazy’ is a song about finding a lasting kind of love in today’s society of swiping left and right.  It’s about finding someone who keeps things exciting and youthful.

EP: When we last spoke you’d recently joined forces with Scooter Braun. How’s that all going?

S: Teaming up with Scooter was monumental for us. He has given us many opportunities such as performing on Jimmy Fallon and Ellen.

EP: What’s it been like supporting Justin Bieber on his Australian tour so far?

S: Touring with Justin Bieber is something we will never forget. To perform in stadiums night after night was a dream come true. All I can say is that we had the time of our lives!

EP: When can we expect you back in the UK?

S: I think you can definitely expect us back in the UK this year. Once we release our album, all we will be doing is touring. We can’t wait to get back, it’s been a while.

EP: You were the first artists we asked, “What question do you wish someone would ask you in an interview, but nobody ever does?” – so we’ll ask it again!

S: “Would you like a glass of wine”… My answer is, “Yes. Yes I would”.
