Kristine Mirelle Is No ‘Freakin’ Mess’ With New Single And Video

Kristine Mirelle

In the video for her song, ‘Freakin’ Mess’, Kristine Mirelle posts a sound warning that she’s not one to be messed around with.

The video shows Kristine waking up next to a lover who won’t stir no matter how much she tries to rouse him – so instead she goes off on a rampage around the town accompanied by a fierce looking dwarf in a top hat and tails who symbolises the very worst parts of her personality (which aren’t that bad really – the pair steal an ice lolly from a girl passing by, they hold up a cupcake shop armed only with cans of silly string (Kristine wears a mask of…herself), and drive around in tiny Mercedes cars). The video is very beautifully shot, and is a lovely showcase of both Kristine’s vocal and piano skills.

Kristine’s strength of character and determination isn’t just for the video. The artist finished in the top 10 of the US X Factor, in Season 3. She performs over 250 shows a year as both a solo artist and with her band, hitting not only the club circuit of Los Angeles, but also Vegas hot spots such as Palms, The Mirage, Wynn Las Vegas and so on. Originally from Roswell, New Mexico, but now based in Los Angeles, Kristine has always displayed a knack for entrepreneurship and benevolence. She actively volunteers around the world performing and teaching music, from special education centres in Thailand, to AIDS-stricken communities in Africa. It’s part of Kristine’s mission statement to counteract the suffering in the world with the joy of music.

Additionally, her Lil Kristi’s range of Mexican food is available in Whole Foods, Sprouts, and more than 100 stores in New Mexico, and she’s appeared on a number of cooking shows demonstrating her products.
