Bad Reed “Stained Glass”

Earlier this year we introduced you to Bad Reed, the pseudo-rockers from Paris, Ontario, with their debut self-titled EP, and subsequent interview. Now they’re back with their new song, ‘Stained Glass’, which is accompanied by a psychedelic adventure of a video.

Lead singer, Sydney Sollazzo is passed on the side of the road by the three guys from the band, on their way to a night’s camping. She comes up with a plan, presumably to get back at them for not giving her a lift, and does something mysterious to their camp fire, which causes them to have hallucinations. The video sees the guys chasing Sydney through the woods, unsure as to what is real and what is not – eventually ending up in a clearing which has been set up with their instruments, and Sydney at the mic.

‘Stained Glass’ will definitely appeal to fans of Bad Reed, with Sydney’s gorgeous vocals and the band’s expert playing. All members of the band had extensive musical experience before coming together as Bad Reed, and have further polished their talents by touring around South East Canada. Bad Reed’s second release, ‘Sweet Little Bitter’, is due in early 2017.

You can find Bad Reed online on their website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud and Youtube. Find all their music on Bandcamp.
