Continuing on with a successful 2016, German DJ & producer MOGUAI is ready to reveal his new single,‘Pray For Rain’, out now via Tonspiel/Warner.
With a musical career spanning over almost 20 years, André Tegeler otherwise known as MOGUAI has made an impact in all corners of the dance music genre. Kicking off 2016 with ‘Hold On’ featuring LA-based trio Cheat Codes, the track amassed over 17 million online streams and climbed up several online charts. Away from the studio, MOGUAI has played several prominent clubs and festivals including Tomorrowland, Electric Daisy Carnival and Pacha amongst many others.
With his dynamic and meticulous production skills at the forefront, MOGUAI’s ‘Pray For Rain’ kicks off with a prominent guitar chord progression and a smooth, emotive male vocal, on top of a twinkling synth melody. Soft percussive elements and a guitar riff play as an introduction to the track’s chorus – a plethora of warped synth and guitar melodies and a dominant bassline.

The accompanying music video portrays three girls’ adventures during their summer holiday in Barcelona. Complimenting the single, the visual follows the trio as they experience what Barcelona has to offer – from frolicking on the beach to Barcelona’s nightlife. With small appearances from MOGUAI himself, the video captures the ultimate summer getaway.
