Australian singer songwriter Guy Sebastian is hoping to break the UK market with his new single, ‘Candle’.

The song has a heavy drum and bass sound which will come as a surprise to those who only know Guy from his stint as Australia’s first official entry at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna last year.

‘Candle’ was co-written by Sebastian, Jon Hume, and Trey Campbell, and is dedicated to Guy’s wife Jules, and is her favourite song so far. It’s about kicking aside temptations on the road when you know the key to your heart is waiting at home. It’s actually a return to Guy’s true musical influences, and has a bit of a Lenny Kravitz vibe about it, while still maintaining his signature soulful sound.

‘Candle’ was released on September 9. You can find Guy Sebastian online on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and his official website. Guy’s Snapchat is guysebastianoff.
