Belle VEX Has More Than 15 Minutes Of Fame With New Video For ‘Famous’

Belle Vex 1

Growing up in New Bedford, New England, Belle VEX dreamed from a young age of becoming an actor, and surrounded himself with the arts, learning cello and other instruments as well. He moved to California once he’d finished college, in order to pursue his acting career, but to no avail, leading to his return back east.

Not long after his return home, Belle VEX was involved in two serious car accidents, leading him to the life changing decision to leave acting behind and pursue music full time.

Belle VEX brings a different sound to pop, it’s frantic and fast paced, with a signature mark of irony and honesty, melded together with suspenseful tracks packed with epic choruses and word play with double meanings. Bringing his considerable musical prowess to ‘Famous’, combined with his flair for the dramatic, Belle VEX lays down perfect synth heavy harmonies in a song about the toxic lifestyle of fame and fortune.

The video for ‘Famous’ is menacing, even confronting, as Belle VEX takes centre stage using not much more than his personality (his acting skills coming to the forefront here), and lighting effects, he creates a very dangerous, yet invigorating and energetic video clip. Belle VEX is doing what he loves best, tracking in the studio, but is tempted by the likes of sex, drugs, and rock’n’roll. In the end it’s all good as he refuses to take his eyes off the ultimate prize, of fame without selling out.

‘Famous’ is from Belle VEXs EP, ’15 Minutes Of Fame’ available on iTunes and Amazon. You can find Belle VEX online on Twitter, Facebook, Spotify, Instagram, and YouTube.
