Sticky Fingers Play The Forum

Sticky Fingers2

Legendary Australian band Sticky Fingers will play The Forum in London on May 24, wrapping up their UK tour in support of their second album, “Land Of Pleasure”.

Sticky Fingers – otherwise known as STIFI to their legion of followers in Oz, have a style all of their own, a blend of reggae, psych, pop and Bourbon – “hypnotising you into a swaying trance”.  “Land of Pleasure” is the perfect summer soundtrack, a borderline contradictory fusion of flavours that will speak to every walk of life, and reflecting the multiplicity of the native Australian.

Sticky Fingers consists of frontman Dylan Frost (vocals/guitar), Paddy Cornwall (bass/vocals), Seamus Coyle (lead guitar), Beaker Best (drums/percussion) and Freddy Crabs (keys/synth). The band was formed in 2009 by Dylan and Paddy after meeting whilst busking. Their first album, “Caress Your Soul”, was released in Australia in 2013 and peaked at number 39 in the Australian Albums Chart. “Land of Pleasure” fared much better in the band’s homeland, reaching number 3.

The Sydney Morning Herald said of Sticky Fingers that they “have blossomed into the band guaranteed to sell out”.
