Scarlett Baxter ‘Cruel Love’

Scarlet Baxter is an exciting new pop/R&B singersongwriter, who is taking the music world by storm. She was recently described by Head of Absolute Radio, James Curran, after her blockbusting performance at Hard Rock Rising in London, as being:  “By far the best female vocal we have seen in this competition!” Additionally, Cigarette Sounds declared her to be “the next woman of pop”.

With her own brand of layered pop combined with a celebrated sassy confidence, Scarlet is tipped for success with her new single ‘Cruel Love’ which is due for release on 20th July.

The single has already received praise from BBC Oxford, with DJ Dave Gilyeat saying “this track should be in the charts”! And Kat Orman naming it her ‘One To Watch’ in 2015.

Fierce and determined to succeed, Scarlet, along with her tight band of musicians, comprising guitarist Dominic Ireland and co-writers, John McLaughlin, Judd Mahoney & Natalie DeLucia, has in just one year created an entire catalogue of original, catchy, feel good tracks. She’s already seen success with previous singles ‘Backsliding’, ‘Stuck’ and ‘Down With It’.

‘Cruel Love’ is an excellent track and with a remix already in the planning, we can see it becoming a huge summer anthem.

‘Cruel Love’ by Scarlet Baxter is due for release on 20th July.
