Introducing: Paige Monroe

Paige Monroe1

Here at Essentially Pop we absolutely love some good old pop music and 17 year old southern songstress Paige Monroe fits this bill perfectly!

When we first checked out Paige her debut track Waiting instantly caught our attention. Her delicate vocals hold such heartfelt sincerity within them that you can’t help but be hooked. The acoustic vibe to this track is the perfect summer soundtrack, flaunting the young stars vocal range. Think Ellie Goulding but stripped back with gorgeous layering harmonies added into the mix and you’ve then got Paige Monroe.

Having worked with producers including the likes of James Birt (Cheryl Cole), HALO (Ella Henderson) and Jamie Sellers (Alesha Dixon), Paige is definitely onto a winning combination.

A unique action which adds to the reasons you NEED to check out Paige Monroe is her Monroe Sessions. The six segment series sees Paige covering some of her favourite songs from previous years, uploaded to her YouTube channel every Sunday. So far fans have been given a Swedish House Mafia and an Ariana Grande cover, both of which ooze with her trademark passionate vocals.

This year looks set to get even more exciting for Paige Monroe, with her taking up a residency from 26th – 30th July at Thorpe Park with the likes of The Vamps, Professor Green and Rizzle Kicks to name a few!

Keep up to date with Paige via her Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages.

We no longer accept unpaid PR agency work. We believe the creative arts have value, and this includes writing. As always, we will write about artists who contact us - or who we contact - for free - but we can no longer work free of charge for PR agencies. We work hard, we put in a lot of hours writing, and we ask that you respect that. Contact us for our very reasonable rates.
